Good morning friends 👋

I hope you’ve had an incredible past few weeks. I’ve been a bit quiet—my wife and I were off the grid for our honeymoon and soaking in the Fourth of July. It was everything I hoped for and more.

Coming back, I’ve had some time to reflect. And with a heavy heart, I’ve decided to step away from All Things Jersey Shore. This community has meant the world to me. What started as a small side project turned into something much more—a way to connect, share, and celebrate everything that makes the Shore special.

But life moves fast. And as much as I’ve loved building this, I’ve realized I’m ready to shift focus. Even though this has only taken a few hours a week, I’ve felt lighter and more present these past few weeks without it on my plate. That clarity made the decision, while tough, feel right.

That said—this doesn’t have to be the end of All Things Jersey Shore.

I’m putting the newsletter up for sale, and while I’ll be listing it on a few marketplaces, my true hope is that someone local takes the reins. Someone who knows and loves this community—who sees the value in keeping folks connected to the best live music, events, and hidden gems the Shore has to offer.

This could be a great fit for:

• Local businesses

• Restaurants or bars with live acts

• Promoters or venues

• Bands or artists

• Anyone with a knack for marketing and a pulse on the local scene

I didn’t push this hard from a monetization angle—but even so, it brought in about $4K this year. With a little effort in ad sales or partnerships, this could easily grow into a meaningful side hustle. The hard part’s done: the SEO, paid ads, audience, newsletter setup, brand assets, and social channels are all in place.

I’m selling it for $4,000, which is well below what it’s worth, because I want to move it quickly and make sure it ends up in good hands. I’ll also stay on for a smooth handoff and help you get up to speed so you’re set up to succeed.
