Hi everyone! We're now in the second half of October, and Halloween decorations are everywhere. If you want to enjoy the spooky vibes and fall fun, here are some great places to check out:

1. Belmar Scarecrow Contest - Saturday October 18th- November 1st. The businesses of Belmar will be displaying all their scarecrows on main street to see who wins the best scarecrow. Make sure to go by and support your favorite local businesses! (info)

2. Fall Festival at Coffee Corral in Red Bank - Saturday October 18th. Swing by for some live music, pony rides, face painting, tarot card reading and more. A perfect event to bring the whole family! (info)

3. Long Branch Pooch Festival - Head to Pier Village for some Fall family fun, with pumpkin carving, face painting, inflatable rides, trick-or-treating, and of course, the pooch costume contest and parade (info)

4. Thompson Park Day - Sunday October 19th. There will be wagon rides, pumpkin painting, costume contests and more! (info)

5. Woody’s Roadside Tavern- every Thursday-Sunday in October, they will have their ‘haunted walk-through’ open. (info) Bring the family for a haunting good time, followed up by their Halloween movie nights, and great food the whole family can enjoy.
