🌸 FAIRS & MARKETS

Friday - And every Friday of the Summer, Pier Village Hosts the High Tide Makers + Artisan Market from 11am-6pm. The open – air Market offering unique creations from local makers and artisans on the Carousel Promenade.

Saturday - Ocean Grove is hosting it’s Spring Flea Market from 9am to 4pm at the Grand Auditorium all the way to the beach. This is one of their most popular events. Shop new stuff, old stuff, vintage stuff and kid’s stuff … there is something for everyone. Rain or Shine Event!

Saturday - Is the Bradley Beach Main Street Market at Riley Park from 10am to 2pm. This market brings together up to 50+ vendors, featuring both local artisans and downtown businesses, offering a diverse selection of crafts and gourmet foods in a vibrant market atmosphere. This is a monthly event through the summer.

Saturday - The Historic Village at Allaire in collaboration with the Art Society of Monmouth County is hosting its 2nd Annual Annual Fine Art Festival from 11am to 6pm. Visit various artists from around the state and enjoy the beauty and talent along with the perfect backdrop of nature and history.  

Saturday - Asbury Park’s City Wide Yard Sale is happening from 9am-3pm. Come and shop for treasures at the 28 plus yard sales where each of the yard sale hosts is donating at least 15% of their sales to 2 local deserving animal rescues: Rescue Ridge and Wag On Inn. Location of the sales will be posted this week.

Saturday and Sunday - The Boujie Food Con is happening at Fort Monmouth from 12 to 5pm each day. You get the chance to indulge in delicious bites, trendy treats, and gourmet goodies from some of the hottest food and goods purveyors in New Jersey. Plus live music performances each day. $15 entry per day. RAIN OR SHINE!

Thursday - Salty’s Beach Bar in Belmar is hosting their Single and Salty Singles Night starting at 7pm. The event will feature psychic readings from That Witch Dani, who will read on your love match. If I was single, this would be a fun event to attend just to see what That Witch Dani has to say.

Saturday - At the Avon Municipal Building they’re hosting the Party in the Park from 3 to 8pm. There will be food, drinks, and live music. This is a fundraising cookout for the Avon Volunteer Fire Department. Tickets are 25$ for 21& up and under 21 is free!

Saturday - The Asbury Hotel is hosting their Pride Pool Party from 5 to 10pm. This event will feature DJ sets, 818 tequila cocktails, House of Love canned cocktails, vendors, giveaways, & more! Tickets are $25 in advance and tickets are also available at the door for $30.

Saturday - The Point Pleasant Elks are hosting their Summer Bash starting at 6pm. The kitchen will be open to purchase food from 6-8pm and they’ll have live music from the Linden Boys starting at 7. Head down for a good time and get this Summer started!

Saturday - The 2nd Annual Pride Fest in the Park is happening from 12-7pm at Huddy Park in Highlands. The event features live music and entertainment, food vendors, specialty vendors and a wine and beer garden. Admission and parking is free!

Sunday - Bradley Park in Asbury Park is hosting New Jersey's 32nd Annual LGBTQ Pride Celebration. It’s a day packed with joy, energy, and love. It's happening in Asbury Park on Sunday, June 2, 2024. Parade kicks off at noon; festival gates open at 11am. As the largest Pride event in the Garden State, this celebration brings together over 25,000 people from all walks of life.

Thursday - At the Lobster Shanty in Point Pleasant their hosting Party By The Sea Fundraiser to support the Point Pleasant Beach Cultural Arts Committee. They will have music, Live art, Performers and a Juried Art show. As well as passed Hors D'oeuvres and a cash bar.

Thursday - At the Shoretown Ballpark in Lakewood, the Young Professional Network is hosting "Blue Claws Night Benefitting the Boys And Girls Club". Join them for an evening of networking, baseball, AND for every member ticket sold, a ticket will be issued for a child from The Boys & Girls Club to attend!

Friday - At The Mule Barn on Sandy Hook, they’re hosting their annual Benefit at The Barn. This event will feature live music , delicious bites, a raw bar, a surprise mule-themed game from their Young Professionals group, and a silent auction with Sandy Hook centric experiences. All proceeds from the Benefit go towards supporting the National Park.

Saturday - At 8:30am, the Avon 5k Run/Walk starts on Ocean Ave and works it’s way through Avon. All proceeds benefit the Avon Volunteer First Aid Squad.

Saturday - At the Shillelagh Club in Belmar, they’re hosting Comedy Night Ft. Mike Campanella with doors opening at 6pm and his set starting at 8pm. The ticket is $50 which includes dinner, comedy, and a cash bar. The event benefits The Friends of the Monmouth County Child Advocacy Center

👀 NEW EXPERIENCES

Thursday - In the Bond Street Basement in Asbury, they’re hosting Power Bottom a Comedy Show. You’ll have the chance to see live comedy in a great setting by Eagle Witt. The doors open at 6pm and the show starts at 7pm.

Thursday - Long Branch Distillery is hosting Laughing Stock Comedy Club from 7 to 9:30pm. There will be performances by 3 comics and each ticket comes with a free drink!

Thursday - Fleur De Mar in Ocean is hosting a Spring Floral Arrangement Workshop from 6:30 to 8pm. You will enjoy learning the basics of creating a luscious compote arrangement during this workshop led by a Fleur de Mer florist. Flowers, vessel and tools will be provided. BYOB event!

Thursday - In Keyport, 3BR Distillery is hosting The Bolshevik Comedy Revolution! from 7 to 9:30pm. This is a BYOF event and themed event where you’ll have the chance to see 5 comics perform jokes that would make even Lenin laugh.

Friday - USA Ballroom in Shrewsbury is hosting Friday Night Social Dance Lessons. They have a mix of ballroom dances, as well as Salsa, Bachata, Tango, WCS, Lindy Hop, and Hustle!
