🌸 FAIRS & MARKETS

• Friday to Sunday - Belmar is hosting three days of their 35th Annual Seafood Festival happening in Ferruggiaro Park alongside Silver Lake. Some of NJ’s best restaurants and live music will be at this event. It’s a personal favorite of mine and a quintessential shore event. Best of luck to everyone parking there 🫡 

• Friday and Saturday - The Manasquan Chamber of Commerce is putting on the Annual Spring Side Walk Sale on Main Street from 10am-5pm.

• Saturday and Sunday - The Asbury Park Vegan Festival is happening in Bradley Park and Atlantic Square Park. There’s way too many vendors to count and it’s the biggest it’s ever been this year. Don’t be intimidated if you’re not vegan. There’s plenty of vendors to choose from + live music happening all day.

• Saturday - The 6th Annual Taste of Spring Food Truck Festival is happening in Keansburg from 2-7pm. This event features a bunch of food (obviously), music, games, and a beer garden!

• Sunday - Is Ocean Township Greenfest happening at Joe Palaia Park from 10am to 2pm. This event benefits and supports Ocean Township green space. There will be kid’s activities, food, vendors, and a 5k race happening as well.

• Sunday - is the Howell Farmers Market at Echo Lake Park from 10am-2pm. You'll find a wide selection of goods including fresh fruits and vegetables, pastries, cheese, pickles, coffee, prepared foods, jams and jellies, flowers, soaps, honey, handmade items, jewelry and much more. The Market is pet-friendly!

• Sunday - We have the Point Pleasant Beach Farmer’s Market kicking off for the season, taking place in the Train Station Parking Lot from 8:30am to 12:30pm. This Farmer’s Market goes until through the summer until September.

🥳 FOR FUN

• Thursday - The Asbury Park Hotel is opening up the Rooftop for their Salvation Summer Kick-off Party. This is a free event which puts you on a rooftop, with a drink in hand, listening to live music. What more could you ask for?

• Saturday - The 2nd Annual Lakehouse Block Party is kicking off in Asbury right in front of the Biergarten from 12-7pm. All day there will be live music, food trucks, local beer, libations, and more! This event also benefits the Asbury Park Music Foundation.

• Saturday - The Wave Resort in Long Branch is hosting a Local Summer Soiree by the pool from 5 to 8pm. Indulge in the laid-back vibes, DJ tunes, and sip on a glass of complimentary champagne. This is your chance to reclaim your slice of paradise before the Memorial Day Weekend rush.

• Sunday - All along the Highland’s Shore, the Roar on the River Boat Races will be taking place from 1-5pm. Races are visible all along the coast with seating is available at One Willow, Sandy Hook Bay Marina, Seafarer, Proving Ground, and Sandbox at Seastreak for an additional fee.

• Thursday - Enjoy Dinner and a Reading with the “Jersey Shore Medium “ Linda Shields at McCloone’s Supper Club. This event goes on to benefit Holiday Express who’s mission is to deliver music, food, gifts, financial support and friendship to those with the greatest need for the gift of human kindness during the holiday season and throughout the year.

• Friday - Support the Asbury Park Music Foundation as they host their Inaugural Where Music Lives Award Show from 6 to 9pm at Asbury Lanes. Asbury Park Music Foundation proudly provides music education to under-resourced students, helps the local music scene thrive and unites diverse communities through music.

• Friday - At the Berkeley Hotel is The Center A La Carte Fundraiser which goes on to support services for people living with HIV/AIDS. You’ll have the chance to enjoy delicious food from over 25 local restaurants and an open bar. Dance the night away to the fabulous music and take part in the 50/50 raffle.

• Saturday - on Main Ave in Ocean Grove there will be the Ocean Grove Vintage Car Show taking place from 10am to 3pm. This promises to be a full day of of fun, food, festivities and amazing vintage cars! All proceeds go on to benefit St Paul’s Food Pantry

• Sunday - Walk to Cure Arthritis Jersey Shore is taking place at The Great Lawn Pavilion in Long Branch at 10am. Whether you are an arthritis warrior yourself or care about someone who is, sign up and raise funds for Walk to Cure Arthritis.

👀 NEW EXPERIENCES

• Friday - Colts Neck StillHouse is hosting Laughing Stock Comedy Club from 8-9:30pm. Don't miss out on this opportunity to unwind and enjoy some much-needed laughter with friends and family. Tickets are $20.

• Friday - on Sandy Hook there’s an opportunity to take a Lantern Tour around Fort Hancock. This walk will take you deep into history as you visit forgotten locations of Fort Hancock's storied past! It’s 1.5 miles long starting and ending at the Post Guardhouse/Fort Hancock Museum.

• Saturday- Soulie Culinary and Art Studio in Point Pleasant is hosting their Sushi Making Class at 6pm where you’ll be making an assortment of sushi rolls. This is also a BYOB event which is a nice bonus.

• Sunday - Scarborough Fair is hosting a J Lohr Wine Dinner from 5 to 8:30pm. This promises to be an evening of fine wine and exquisite cuisine while indulging in a specially curated menu paired perfectly with a selection of J. LOHR wines.

• Sunday - Liberty Haven Farm is hosting a Goat Yoga Fundraiser at 10am. You read that right. This is your chance to raise money for a great cause and finally get to experience the Goat Yoga you’ve seen all over the internet.
